Client Service Agreement

Deposit Required: 50% of the total fee, payable upon confirmation of booking.


Terms and Conditions

1. Deposit Policy

- A non-refundable deposit amounting to 50% of the total service fee is required to confirm your booking.


- Booking is only secured upon receipt of the deposit.


- All deliverables, including photos and video footage, will be released only after the full payment has been received.


2. Refund Policy

In the event of a cancellation by the client, the following refund terms will apply:


- Cancellation more than 30 days before the event: 70% of the deposit will be refunded.


- Cancellation between 15 to 30 days before the event: 40% of the deposit will be refunded.


- Cancellation less than 14 days before the event: The deposit is non-refundable.


3. Rescheduling Policy

If the client requests a change to the event date:


- The new date will be subject to availability.


- If Sky Vision Studio is available, the original service agreement remains valid with no penalty.


- If unavailable, the booking will be treated as a cancellation, and the applicable refund policy will apply.
